ReSO may include modules for data collection, analysis, visualization, reporting, and related services. The platform may integrate with third-party APIs (including OpenAI, Perplexity, Google, HubSpot, and others) to perform certain functions.

3. Accounts and Access

You may be required to create an account using your email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. ReSO is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

ReSO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

4. Free and Paid Services

ReSO currently offers free access during its beta phase. Pricing for paid plans, subscriptions, or usage-based fees will be displayed on the website or within the platform.

Global pricing will be denominated in USD, while Indian users will be billed in INR, subject to applicable tax and regulatory requirements.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize ReSO to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees until canceled.

ReSO reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update pricing or features at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without authorization.
• Interfere with, damage, or disrupt the platform's security or functionality.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data.
• Misuse or falsify the data or reports generated by ReSO.

6. Data and Content

All brand information, company inputs, and related data you provide remain your property. By submitting data to ReSO, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and display it solely for providing the Service.

AI-generated content and analytical results are automatically produced through integrated third-party APIs and algorithms. ReSO does not manually alter, edit, or influence these outputs.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

ReSO's outputs, recommendations, and scores are generated using large language models (LLMs) from third-party providers. These systems rely on probabilistic reasoning and external datasets, which may produce incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information.

ReSO does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output. Users are advised to exercise independent judgment before relying on any insights or data provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its design, user interface, content, and technology, are owned by ReSO AI Solutions Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for lawful business purposes.

9. Public Use and Sharing

Users are encouraged to publicly cite or share their ReSO data or results (e.g., visibility scores, analysis insights) provided that such use accurately represents the data generated by the Service.

You may not misrepresent the Service or claim ownership of ReSO-generated materials.

10. Third-Party Services

ReSO may rely on or integrate with external platforms (including OpenAI, Perplexity, Google, HubSpot, and others). Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. ReSO is not responsible for their content, availability, or data practices.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ReSO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business.
• The total liability of ReSO for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event.
• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for platform maintenance. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi.
